Ryan Gindlesperger
Managing Partner

Ryan is a former marketing executive with various companies that operate on a national level.  He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University’s Altoona Campus where he received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management and marketing.

Ryan founded 1st Team in 2007.  Over the years the company has grown and developed a broader range of services.  Althought 1st Team services clients throughout the country, it remains focused on Ryan’s original goal; help make businesses better and more visible close to home.  Ryan oversees all aspects of marketing strategies and account management at 1st Team.  In 2010, he was recognized as a “Foremost Under Forty” entrepreneur by PA Business Central and an “Up and Comer” by Johnstown Magazine.

Ryan serves on the Board of Trustees for the Johnstown Symphony Orchestra where he chairs the Sponsorship Committee.  He is an avid golfer and sports fanatic.  Although Ryan spends a considerable amount of time in Johnstown, he actually resides in the Southside of Pittsburgh with his fiance Christie and two dogs Parker and Bentley.

Steve Golias
Creative Director

Steve is the master of creativity at 1st Team. He came to the company in 2010. Steve oversees all of the creative design work from concept to creation. He is always up for a good challenge.

Steve has managed projects for GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE:GPX), The National Center for Defense Manufacturing & Machining, Thinaire, JWF Defense, Allegheny Field Services, Advanced Office Systems, and many others.

Steve is a graduate of Susquehanna University where he majored in Graphic Design. He resides in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
